Welcome to Agentants pty ltd, operating as Chat4.App. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms are legally binding and apply to all users of our platform, including free and paid users.
Chat4.App is a platform that allows users to create chatbots by uploading knowledge in document format. These chatbots can be embedded into users' applications or websites, or shared directly with customers via a standalone URL. For Business plan users, authentication options can be enabled on the chatbot.
We offer the following plans:
Users retain ownership of the copyright for their uploaded documents and the chatbots generated from those documents. However, by using our platform, users grant us the right to analyze conversations to improve the chatbot’s performance.
Prohibited Content: Users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded data does not contain harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material they do not own. We reserve the right to prohibit such content and suspend or terminate accounts as necessary.
If a user violates these Terms, their account may be suspended. For serious violations, the account may be terminated. Users may appeal suspension or termination decisions by contacting support.
We offer refunds or trial periods for the Pro and Business plans. Please refer to the specific plan documentation for details on refund and trial policies.
Users must agree to our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Terms before using our platform. These terms govern how we collect, use, and store personal data.
We provide our services "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from errors, omissions, or service downtime.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Australia. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate court in Australia, as determined by the parties involved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will signify acceptance of the revised Terms.
