This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund for the services provided by Chat4.App. By using our platform, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Refunds are available for the Free, Pro, and Business plans, and will be issued based on the proportion of service used during the billing period. For example:
Monthly Plans: If you cancel your subscription to a monthly plan partway through the month, your refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the month. For instance, if you subscribed to a $100/month plan and used the service for 10 days, your refund will be calculated as the equivalent of the unused days (20/30 of $100), which amounts to 100 * 2/3 of the monthly fee.
Yearly Plans: The same refund calculation method applies to yearly plans, based on the portion of the year used.
Refunds will always be issued proportionally to the service used during the billing period, with no exceptions.
To initiate the refund process, please contact Chat4.App customer support. Once your refund request is reviewed, we will proceed with the refund.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be processed in a timely manner, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been approved.
